Metrowest mediation
MetroWest Mediation was founded in 1979 and is a non-profit conflict resolution and training center.
Our Mission is to facilitate peaceful resolution of disputes within all communities we serve, and through the courts, by supporting people to work together to resolve conflict.
Our Vision is for our community to realize the full potential of collaborative conflict resolution.
What We Do
Every year, our mediators help resolve conflict in around 1,000 cases, providing community members with a constructive way to settle their disputes.
We offer free mediation services to all persons appearing in the Concord, Dedham, Framingham, Marlborough and Natick District Courts for Small Claims, Summary Process (eviction), Civil, and Harassment Prevention Order (HPO) cases.
We mediate HPO cases in Middlesex & Norfolk Juvenile Court and parenting time cases in Middlesex and Suffolk Probate & Family Court.
Through the Local Consumer Program, we support consumers and businesses to resolve disputes before a case is filed in court.
We offer divorce mediation, elder and family mediation, and community mediation services for residents and businesses in the MetroWest, including the towns of Acton, Ashland, Bedford, Carlisle, Concord, Dedham, Framingham, Hopkinton, Hudson, Lexington, Lincoln, Marlboro, Maynard, Natick, Sherborn, Stow, Sudbury, and Wayland.
If you wish to become a mediator with us, please first complete the mediation training. If you have already completed the training, fill out the volunteer mediator application.
